Delivery & Returns



We offer free delivery on all orders in the UK. Delivery takes between 3-5 upon placing your order. If you need your order faster, please let us know, as we may be able to get it to you faster. 

We will post anywhere in the world, so all you need to do is add everything to your basket and you the estimated shipping tool at checkout to get the delivery cost.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please email us at if you have changed your mind or if there is a problem with your product.

If you have changed your mind you have 30 days to return the product to us for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Bespoke or customised orders are not refundable. 

If your item is faulty, please email us as soon as possible, and we will correspond with you to come to an appropriate resolution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Your statutory rights are not effected.
